The Sensomat guarantee covers the repair or replacement of the items if it is found to be defective due to faulty materials, workmanship or function within the guarantee period.
The Sensomat guarantee does not apply for products outside of the Sensomat range. All products have a 12-month warranty unless stated otherwise.
Terms and Conditions of the Sensomat guarantee:
- The guarantee becomes effective from the date of purchase.
- You must provide proof of purchase to make a claim under the Sensomat guarantee.
- If the guaranteed product has a range of parts and accessories, Sensomat can elect to repair or replace only the defective part.
- If a product is repaired or replaced during the guarantee period, the guarantee on the repaired or replaced product will still expire at the end of the original guarantee period (i.e., 12 months from the original purchase date).
